Please confirm the puja package, total price and included services with us before making payment. Any remaining amount must be paid according to the arrangement agreed upon at the time of booking.

4. Puja Services

The rituals and facilities provided will depend on the package selected and the arrangements confirmed with our team. Additional services may involve extra charges.

5. Online Puja Services

For Online Pind Daan and Online Asthi Visarjan, customers may need to share relevant details or photographs through WhatsApp. We will handle photographs and videos according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Cancellation and Refund

If you want to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as early as possible. Refund requests will be handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Changes in Arrangements

Puja timings and arrangements may change due to weather, local restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers if a change affects their booking.
