Your booking will be considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and confirm your booking. Without advance payment, your booking will not be considered confirmed.

2. Cancellation Two Days Before Puja

If you cancel your booking at least two days before the scheduled puja date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

If you cancel your booking on the scheduled puja day, no refund will be provided for the amount already paid.

Additionally, a cancellation charge equal to 25% of the total price of your selected puja package will apply.

5. Refund Processing

Once your cancellation request is reviewed and the refund is approved under this policy, we will arrange the refund. The time taken for the amount to reach your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
